These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AIF Electrical website and the electrical services provided by AIF Electrical Services ("AIF Electrical", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information and photos you supply, and on inspection where applicable. Prices may be subject to change where the scope of work differs from what was originally quoted, or where additional work is required to complete the job safely and to standard. Any variation will be discussed with you before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings can be made by phone, through our online booking portal, or via our website enquiry form. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booking.
Work standards and safety
All electrical work is performed by A-grade licensed electricians in accordance with applicable Australian standards and regulations. Where required, a Certificate of Electrical Safety will be issued on completion of the work.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our available methods, including EFTPOS.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the supply of the services again or the cost of having the services supplied again. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
