Do you service plant you did not install?
Yes. Most of the plant we maintain was installed by someone else. We start with a condition assessment so the first report tells you what you have actually inherited.
Can servicing be done outside trading hours?
Yes, and for retail and hospitality sites it usually is. Scheduling around trading hours is part of what a maintenance agreement is for.
Who is licensed to handle the refrigerant?
Refrigerant handling in Australia requires a current ARC licence. All refrigerant work on our jobs is carried out by ARC-licensed technicians.
